HIRING: SALES MANAGER
The ideal candidate is a highly-motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of leadership, is an effective communicator, and passionate about developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales
- Motivate, encourage, and coach sales team to ensure quotas are met
- Monitor sales performance and make adjustments to meet financial goals
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and relationship building
- Maintain and promote MaeMe brand and culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business/Management
- 5 years demonstrated experience in supervision or management, preferably in retail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Bridal industry experience
- Understanding of social media/marketing platforms
- Point of sale/computer spreadsheet skills
Additional Notes
- Routine Boutique schedule includes working Saturdays
- Compensation includes Salary (based on experience) + Individual Bonus incentive
