Full-time Sales Manager
An exciting career opportunity is available for a full-time Sales Manager to join the team at MaeMe. Over the past 10 years, MaeMe has developed a strong reputation in the New Orleans area as a premier bridal retailer, named “Best Bridal Shop” and “Best of Bridal” year after year.
We are hiring and seeking energetic individuals who are self-motivated, excellence-driven, service-minded, and people oriented. Successful candidates will be strong communicators with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, organized and process minded, possess a love for sales and tracking metrics, and enthusiastic about managing and encouraging people.
Role and Responsibilities
• Responsible for day-to-day sales operation and success of the bridal boutique
• Maintain high level of standards by maintaining a clean and organized showroom
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction experiences
• Stylist supervision, development and coaching
• Sales monitoring and performance to consistently achieve and maintain sales goals
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
• College degree, preferably in business or fashion design
• 5 years demonstrated experience in supervision or management, preferably in retail
• Basic computer skills working with documents and spreadsheets
• Experience with Point of Sale Systems
• Working knowledge of financial budgets and reports
• Experience motivating sales team to achieve excellent results
• Excellence in Customer Service
• Bridal industry experience
• Understanding of Social Media Platforms
