SALES MANAGER 

The ideal candidate is a highly-motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of leadership, is an effective communicator, and is passionate about developing strong relationships with customers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales
  • Motivate, encourage, and coach sales team to ensure quotas are met
  • Monitor sales performance and make adjustments to meet financial goals
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and relationship building
  • Maintain and promote MaeMe brand and culture

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business/Management
  • 5 years demonstrated experience in supervision or management, preferably in retail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Bridal industry experience
  • Understanding of social media/marketing platforms
  • Point of sale/computer spreadsheet skills

BRIDAL STYLIST 

The ideal candidate loves fashion, people, and being a part of a successful team. We are hiring both full-time and part-time positions. Saturdays are required. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Independently lead customers to wedding gown purchase
  • Maintain showroom and sales floor 
  • Pre and post appointment communication with customers
  • Point of sale usage and updates
  • Maintain knowledge of inventory
  • Proficiency and confidence in sales experience 

Qualifications

  • College degree preferable, not required
  • 2 years retail or service experience
  • Computer skills
