SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to drive sales
Motivate, encourage, and coach sales team to ensure quotas are met
Monitor sales performance and make adjustments to meet financial goals
Prioritize customer satisfaction and relationship building
Maintain and promote MaeMe brand and culture

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business/Management
5 years demonstrated experience in supervision or management, preferably in retail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

Bridal industry experience
Understanding of social media/marketing platforms
Point of sale/computer spreadsheet skills
