Melissa launched MaeMe in 2010 after becoming a bride herself—and falling head over heels for the bridal industry. What began as a passion project has since grown into a multi-million-dollar brand known for luxury, heart, and unforgettable bridal experiences. With a background in leadership and a deep passion for empowering women, Melissa thrives at the intersection of business strategy, team development, and fashion. Whether she’s curating the latest collections, mentoring her team, or celebrating a bride’s “yes” moment, Melissa is all about creating connection, building confidence, and making magic happen. She leads with heart, embraces change, and believes that collaboration, creativity, and adaptability are the keys to long-term success.

Outside the boutique, you can find Melissa chauffeuring her three kids to practices, on a date night with her husband, traveling with friends, reading a great book, or challenging herself to run another half-marathon. She is passionate about living a purpose-driven life and building a legacy of love, leadership, and impact—both inside and outside the walls of MaeMe.

With 2 decades in the bridal industry and 10 years at MaeMe, Stephanie has worked her way from stylist to General Manager. Her journey has given her a unique perspective on every side of the bridal business, from creating memorable experiences for brides to building the systems and processes that keep everything running behind the scenes. Stephanie thrives where organization, problem-solving and a little organized chaos meet. Known for her leadership, high standards, and slightly obsessive attention to detail, she is the go-to resource when it comes to making things work and making them work well. She loves the business side of bridal just as much as the gowns, from operations and processes to the many moving pieces that make MaeMe what it is. She takes pride in helping create a business that runs as beautifully behind the scenes as it looks on the sales floor. Outside of MaeMe, Stephanie is a lover of Jesus, her family and travel. She especially loves spending time with her nieces and nephews – both human and furry. She is a firm believer that iced coffee is a personality trait. She is also convinced she can domesticate any animal and will never stop trying.

Hi! I have been part of the MaeMe family for nearly 5 years, and I love being our Lead + Brand Stylist, where I get to mentor our stylists, share what I have learned, and help bring the MaeMe vision to life. My favorite part of being a stylist will always be watching a bride fall in love with herself in her dream gown, a moment that never stops filling my heart. I am a little sassy and definitely dramatic, and I love bringing creativity, fun, and personality into every appointment. I especially love creating custom, unique looks and getting to dream with brides who trust me to bring their vision to life. I truly believe every bride should feel excited to put on her dress the morning of her wedding, and I want the journey to finding it to be just as special. Outside of MaeMe, I love Jesus, connection, friendship, meeting new people, reading, running, baking, and trying new things, and I am always up for a new experience. I can go from a farmers market or reading at sunset to wanting a full adrenaline rush, and you will usually find me running (motivation is a new cute workout set), grabbing an iced vanilla latte, enjoying appetizer night, taking a Pilates class, or holding a kitten. MaeMe feels like family to me, and I feel so lucky to spend my days with the girls here!

Gabrielle entered the bridal world nearly two years ago after being encouraged by her roommate, Dasia, to join the MaeMe team. She quickly fell in love with bridal styling and the opportunity to help brides feel confident and beautiful throughout their shopping journey. For Gabrielle, it’s about so much more than finding the dress—it’s about helping brides embrace their best selves. Gabrielle is a newly married bride herself, so when she says she "understands the bridal journey," she truly means it! Outside of MaeMe, Gabrielle is pursuing her master’s degree in Social Work, fueling her days with plenty of coffee. She loves spending time outdoors, shopping, and enjoying time with friends. Her favorite bridal inspiration? The timeless and chic Hailey Bieber look.

Hi! I’m Ashley, our Georgia Peach! Hailing from St. Simons Island, GA, I’m currently a student at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. I bring my sense of style from the University of Georgia, where I earned my degree in Psychology. I’m fun, vibrant, and always ready to help my brides find the perfect gown for their perfect day. When I’m not styling brides or studying to become a therapist, you’ll find me traveling and exploring Louisiana, the Southeast, America, and even the world! You can also catch me eating Mexican food on the regular. I’d love to meet you, help you find your dream gown, and make your bridal experience one to remember!

Hi! My name is Marin and I am a newlywed, dance teacher, Goldendoodle mom, and now also a bridal stylist, and I could not be more excited to be part of the MaeMe team! After getting married in February 2026 and planning my own wedding, I quickly realized how much I loved the wedding industry. From the small details while wedding planning to my own “I said YES!” moment, I fell in love with the joy and excitement that comes with being a bride. I knew I wanted to be part of that magic long after my own wedding day, which led me here to MaeMe! I have always loved connecting with people, being creative, and making special moments memorable. Growing up dancing competitively, I have always loved being part of a team, and I especially love the fun, supportive environment we have here at MaeMe. Helping brides find a gown that makes them feel like the very best version of themselves is something I truly love! When I am not at MaeMe, you can find me teaching dance, spending time with my family and husband, hanging out with our Goldendoodle Penny, or out with my friends. I also love interior design and antique shopping with my mom. And, of course, there is almost always Diet Coke involved!I am so excited to celebrate every bride, every love story, and every YES MOMENT with you!
